Default Speaker covers help!

I am the second owner of my 2010. The previous owner was apparently messy every speaker cover has stains from a liquid on it and resulting rust spots. I cannot clean them and would LOVE to replace them. They are bugging the crap out of me when I when I see it every day. I cannot paint over it because then the paint will likely plug the holes and muffle the sound. Can anyone tell me if the covers can be popped out without removing the entire door? Thank you!

Only 3 screws. Maybe 4 to take a panel off. The metal mesh "clips" on the back. Easy to pop out. Personally I would take them out. Sand blast them and paint them. It won't clog the holes unless you have no clue how to spray paint. Prime, paint, and clear.

Pretty sure you have to take the panel off
