Single piece plug has been used for both 09 and 10 if I remember correctly. And they don't need replacing till 90,000 miles. So no more breaking plugs in the head.

Wow Search worked I had the same question but for the 4.6L I had 6 of the 8 brake off in my 04 5.4L so I was not really looking forward to doing this again. I change plugs at 50,000 to 60,000 miles just cause.

If anti seize was used, and the recommended removal procedure is used, it shouldnt be a problem the second time around.
