Default Spare Tire

Hey guys.
I'm looking for a spare tire that is the same size as the ones on my truck 275/65/20 (34") . I've narrowed it down to a 275/75/18. My question is , will it fit, and will it be too heavy?
I will be using the wheel that came with truck (18')
Thanks

a 275/70_18 is a 33.2" tire. i sugg a 295/70-18 as that is a 34.3" or so tire more closely matched to ur 275/65-20's

that sounds about right. Do you think the tire might be too heavy? That tire weighs 62 pounds.

to heavy? not sure what that mean. its a spare, so long as it gets you to a repair shop weight should be the issue..but if u get a 275/70 vs a 295/70 and blow a back tire you'll have to bring a jack stand to rotate a proper size tire to the rear.

running a 275/65/20 on left rear and a 275/50-18 on right rear (pending a flat) you could blow the rear axle as they'll be spinning at vastly different speeds. this can be mitagated with a 295/70-18 as its wayy close to a 275/65-20.

hope this helps
