Default something. in blower motor

some how something got into my blower motor on my 11 f150. apparently there is no cabin air filter to catch stuff to make it easy to remove. The motor or fan is noisey. and i need ro get what ever is in it out. are they any tips or tricks for doing this.

Had the same problem day before yesterday. Takes 3 screws to drop the blower motor. 8mm if I remember correctly. Had it done in 15 min.

Its underneath the dash behind the glove box. Three screws hold it on.

Mine was making some kind of noise too. I thought something was in the blower fan too. I took it out and found nothing. I put it back in and now sometimes it buzzes and sometimes it doesn't. I think that the fan is wobbling in the housing, hitting the sides making the noise. When it does buzz, if I tap on out, it will stop. I'm going to replace it as soon as I find the time to get a replacement. Right now I'm just living with it, but I haven't noticed it in the last week like before.
