Don't put your phone on speaker when your kids are in earshot. That solves that issue and I agree they were completely unprofessional.

Yeah, I agree, but seeing as I was in my truck and happened to just drive by. I always use hands free in the truck.

I'm just curious to see if I get any kind of apology. They have my name, number, and email. I was thinking about it last night, however, and I'm not sure I will get a call as the only contact available on the website was one of those forms you fill out.

This dealership used to have high standards, and it wasn't that long ago. I'm hopeful the issue will be rectified.

I'll side with the OP - no need for that low level of language. Decorum, tact and professionalism are sadly lacking in our Country today.

I think about 80% of the salesman I've ever talked to (various brands of car) have used a cuss word at least once during a short conversation. I agree, those words shouldn't be used during the sale of a car, especially when kids are in earshot

you are to be commended for taking the high road by leaving the guys name out of it. I agree with your thoughts on not getting someone fired.

If the sales manager is doing his job it will be addressed and stopped.

I work retail wine and spirits and can't imagine letting a curse word slip out in conversation relating to sales of our products.

Segen77: Does the Legion of Doom looking funeral home still exist off of I35 coming from Austin?

Every time I tried to snap a picture of the place, it turned out blurry.

Kudos segen, you handled this much much better than I would have.
