Mr smoker guy, a little off topic but in the colder months I have a hell of a time keeping my wood smoker at temp during the winter months. is there a trick to keep me at a steady 210-220 when it's below freezing?

I don't have below 0 experience but a good mix between green-seasoned wood makes the fire consistant. Too much green wood and your temp drops and too much seasoned wood and you burn the **** outta everything.

it's a fairly large offset smoker. I guess a wool blanket would help. Does the person who made your decals have a website?
