So my 13 has 2600 miles on it. Its been down a dirt road a few times but not driving crazy. Pretty much since I got it the wind noise from the doors is a little more than normal. Also I've got this ticking noise coming from my drivers side door. Its driving me nuts! Anyone else have any noise in they're 13? Maybe I should take it to the dealer and see if they can adjust the doors?

 

Mine had that, or something similar from your description. I removed the door panels and made of few "adjustments" after reading the following thread. Since then, no noises at all from the doors.

Same on my '11. Driver door has plastic ticking sound. Kinda like the door is rattling. Seems to go away when the cabin warms up. I've read it's a fairly common problem. I know we spend a lot of money on these things and want them to be perfect, but at the end of the day they're still trucks!

 

I'm pretty sure that the cause of my "ticking" was the door locks.
I can't be certain because that is not the only thing that I gave attention to.

My 13 has over 20,000 miles on it and it's the quietest vehicle I've ever driven. Noises from the doors would drive me crazy. Except if they were radio noises from the speakers.
