Default Sluggish Cold Start

In the mornings, my truck will turn over, but then theres a slight hesitation to starting, it will start to turn over again, and then start. No loss in power, and it only occurs in the morning. New Motorcraft battery and spark plugs changed out less than 500 miles ago. It had done it before the spark plug and battery change as well, but again, not consistently. Seems to happen more on cooler mornings, but its only been down to 55 here in Texas so far this year. No other issues with starting throughout the day. Fuel mileage is normal.

Any thoughts?

Maybe the oil being thicker at a colder temp? I'm no mechanic. Just a guess. I could be completely wrong lol.
