Have a 2010 Platinum and recently the Sirius radio quit working. After some reactivations by Sirius, they said the Sirius modules was bad and to take it to a Ford Dealer. I did and $500 bucks later the Sirius and travel lion were up and running. Two week later, the Sync controls don't work and if you use the touch screen to activate a function, for example climate, the system freezes, the radio quits playing and after about 2 or three minutes, it clears itself and the radio resumes. But again, try to activate various functions, phone, etc, the system freezes.


Took it to the dealer and they did a reset and install software updates. Still same problems. Now two weeks later still waiting for parts that Ford people say have to be ordered on-line not through normal parts department.


Checked today and no parts no record of anything ordered. Time to see owner of dealership I guess.


Anybody experienced similar problems with their navigation/sync system?
