Does anyone have any info regarding Sirius? I noticed that I had the button so I called the dealer, told me to call Sirius. I called and they wanted a 12 digit number but couldn't get it to pull up, they said all I had was the button and needed the dealer to follow up an installation. I called the service center and told me that Best Buy could set it up, so I went to Best Buy. Best Buy said they can't touch it, needs to be figured out by the dealer. Does anyone have any advice, I feel like I'm getting the runaround. I called the dealership, said they couldn't squeeze me in today!

 

You need to start with the dealer. I bought mine as they had it all set up in a manner of minutes. Good luck

 

CMORRISSF When you hit the Sirius button on your radio what do you get on your little screen? Does it say anything? I have the same issue

 

I get "NO SAT RADIO". Tried to catch the sales guy, not in the office and everyone was closed for the day, tried to call the sales guy back, didn't answer, imagine that!

 

I get NO SAT RADIO also and according to the dealer I bought from that means a SAT RADIO is not installed and would have to be installed I was quoted a price of $500. Let me know what you find out

 

If it says No Sat Radio then you do not have the tuner installed, the tuner is very expensive, I had bought it for my escape hybrid and it cost me over $400 for getting it installed. They will also have to run a sat antenna as you wont have one integrated into the truck either. Luckily they let me take the tuner out of my hybrid when i traded it in for the F150.
