Simplest tuner
All I I want to do is turn off TPS. (Tire pressure sensor)
I want to rotate tires myself, w/o needing to reset TPS.

Yep. Much cheaper ways of doing it. Or buy the tuner and enjoy the hp gains.

Unless you have different specified front/rear pressures, why bother doing any reset?
The warning on the dash doesn't tell you which tire is low....

You shouldnt have any TPMS issues with a tire rotation. Now if you plan on a second set of wheels, you will need a way to turn off TPMS if you dont want to clone your current sensors. As others have said, just turn it off with Forscan. Thatss the route I went since I use two sets of rims for summer/winter.

Not sure about $13, but MSRP is only like $50. Here, https://www.tirerack.com/accessories/detail.jsp?ID=170
