Default Shudder when coasting

My 2010 platinum 5.4 has a shudder when slowing down coasting right at 40mph. No shudder at any other time, it's fine when driving and maintaining that speed or if I get to that speed and let it roll. It only happens if I'm going 45 or faster and let the truck coast down below 40. It happens right at 40 every time. I believe the Tsb only applies to a shudder under light throttle while accelerating, which I have no issue with. Anyone else have this issue? I have 44k miles on the truck, I've had the slip yoke Tsb done and smooth as butter (no slip clunk or shudder) when stopping and starting.

Could it be Axle wrap when slowing down? Truck is the 6.5ft supercrew, bone stock (except for tune but problem was there before that), not leveled, stock tire size.
