Default Shudder/Vibration on Takeoff

Hi all,

I do understand that there are numerous threads about shuddering/vibration, however I have not found one that is like what is happening with my pickup. Here is what is occurring:

When I take my foot off the brake after being stopped at a stop light, I feel a firm shudder/vibration from what feels like underneath (could be wrong). The intensity varies greatly and seems to become more pronounced as the truck warms up. It also seems to happen immediately after I brake at a stoplight as well, nowhere near as pronounced as taking off however. This issue began after I replaced the battery after It was stalling after coming to a stop on occasion (pretty much solved that problem with the new battery).

Any Ideas?

I don't think that would happen before I hit the gas. That usually happens under load, right?

Did some additional research..... could it be the driveshaft slip yoke? My truck only has 36,6XX miles and it's the second year of the one piece driveshaft (2012)....

I've noticed the same issue. Haven't gotten it checked out yet... but subscribing to this thread to see what others have to suggest.

Grease your slip yoke.
