I am happy now. My buddy wasn't able to locate the stx wheels so if he does I will be swapping but for now this is how it looks. It is exactly what I was wanting. I will hopefully get my MPT tune today or Monday so my speedo is right. I can tell a little difference in power but not much, not much more than it may downshift a bit more often on hills. I listed my old Pirelli's on craigslist. The tire shop that put my new tires on said they probably had another 20k miles on them. I listed them for $300, I figure if I can get one of my new tires paid for that is a win.

Anyone here running the nitto g2 xl version in 305/55? This looks like a good combination of size and lower weight. I can't find much info on them though other than nitto site.

Hey guys. Been lurking and learning A LOT on here for close to a year now and this is my first post. Sorry to bring back an older thread but this is one of several I ran across while I was researching replacement tires. Came across a killer deal on a set of KO2s I couldn't let pass me by. So after reading (and reading, and reading!) everything I could find on here about this size tire on these trucks I pulled the trigger and I'm glad to announce, no rubbing. Truck has a 1.5" autospring level. I think they look great, ride nearly as good as the factory goodyears (I took off the 18s and added the 20s, so no parellis) and are just slightly louder but not bad at all. Thanks to everyone who posted these beautiful trucks assuring me these would fit (especially PawPaw, who seemed to answer every question asked on several posts!).
