I think I did 5-6 light coats. The trick is to let the can sit in a pail of hot water. Once it warms up it covers a lot nicer. Goes on really even with light coats. You can stretch a can quite a bit further than way.
I usually throw the can back in the hot water between coats as well just to keep it warm

Just bought this '14. Traded in my '06 Ranger Fx4. Was going to wait and order the '15 but my Ranger wasnt going to let me wait that long. I am happy I got this one! I have put window vent visors on and mud flaps, since I took this picture.
