The HD pkg required either the 8' box with Std or SCAB, or 6.5' box with a SCREW.
Through 2014 at least, I have the longest F150 out there. My truck has a 163" wheel base. It's good for a lot of things, but maneuvering in a parking lot isn't one of them. The Super Crew with 6.5' box has a wheel base of 156.8"

I got the 157" and dont envy your parking in a small lot or short stalls.

I try to back into parking spaces that have a grass medium. Sometimes I can't so I just hand over into the parking space behind me, especially when I have the trailer tow hitch in the receiver.
I still haven't gotten used to the rather large turning radius.
But it tows my trailer very, very well and that's why I got it.
