Default Should I pull the plugs

Just picked up a 2013 XLT that had a service check just before I bought it at around 100K miles at a ford dealer.
My question is when do the plugs get changed on a service check? There are no other listed service records listed on vin checks but know not all dealers put it in so it can be seen by lookup vin sites.
The engine runs very smooth but I wanted to not let the plugs go too long so as to have a difficult time changing them.

Dont quote me on this but i believe the service interval for spark plugs on the 5.0 is 150,000 miles. But, they are SO EASY to change in a 5.0 just do it for piece of mind. My truck ran good but I replaced my original plugs as 60,000 miles and the gaps were all over the map ranging from .055 - .060 . I installed new motorcraft SP549 plugs and gapped them to .045, trucks runs great now especially at idle.

Thank you for the advice. I may just pull one to see how it looks and if the gap is off replace them all. I read horror stories here on trying to change the plugs for the first time with higher mileage.

Check the throttle body for cleaning.

Just change the plugs.
For the work involved, why remove and replace with the same old junk?

New boots and plugs and you're good for the rest of the life.

I purchased mine w/ 98K and changed the plugs at 105K just for piece of mind. Ran the same before and after, nice and smooth. Stuck with OEM Motorcraft plugs and about 2 hrs taking my time.

Did mine at 90k. Paid a shop around the block to do it with Ford plugs I bought. Figured $135 was a good price. Neighbor tried to do it himself and ran into an issue (with non-oem plugs) that had him pay another shop hundreds to fix.
