There is a TSB and a new A4 SD card chip for the navigation that I'm getting from the dealership today so hopefully that fixes some things. The good part about it is that its updateable.

The Bluetooth audio option works maybe 2 out of 5 times you use it. And then i plug my phone directly into it and it gets even more confused.

I'm sure within the next couple years it will be straightened out but the gen 1 sync systems do everything the MFT does but it actually works. I'm not sure the MFT does anything better/more.

Air, just got my 2013 F-150, build date 12/10/12. It has the A4 nav card, and I'm guessing the new MFT update. Admittedly I am not that Tech savvy, but it is working well. The update, and new SD card should fix you right up.

OP, tough decision. I love my 2013, and I'm sure the '14 will be fine as well. I have bought new design Ford's in the past, and have had a few minor problem but no major ones. However, some have had worse. Take the new Ecoboost for example, most have had no problems, but some have had the intercooler problems. Go with your gut, either way you'll have a Ford truck. That's what matters.

Hey guys, is it the 2014 or 2015 that will actually get the body change, engine etc.? And isn't the new style body going to be a little smaller all the way around? Seems like the final year of a production run is most always the best. Happy New Year to all.

The 2015 will be new, I was thinking get a new 13 in 14 with sweet rebates, but now I might keep my 10 and get a 13 fusion hybrid or titanium instead, sweet looking cars!

If you don't already have at least an 09 f150 then get one. Enjoy it for a little while then get a 15
