Got a weird lug down/ bog from second gear to third. Anyone have this issue? Any fixes for it? 2011 f150 5.0l 6 speed tranny.

 

Check the oil level to start. Not an easy task.

 

Did that...doesn't feel like a slip. Just bogs down for a second.

 

You can also try resetting the shifting by unhooking the battery for 15 minutes. If you have an advanced scanner you can see if there are any codes. Otherwise you are getting into heavier diag.

You are sure it is gear related and not speed related?

 

I don't have any transmission codes. One popped up just now concerning the vct solenoids.
