Default Sever vibration /shutter

Hello I am new to this site but I have a sever problem and need help. I have a 2010 f150 lariat 5.4. Since I have owned the truck which I bought at 130,000 miles on it their has been a sever vibration/ shutter. It happens when over 45mph only when you release your foot off the accelerator. If the truck is thrown into neutral all vibration stops. Recently my local ford dealer has installed a new transmission, transfer case, rear driveshaft,u-joints,slipyoke,and now have completely rebuilt the rear-end. Problem still Exist but has gotten better since rear-end was rebuilt. Please help. Ford has no more ideas on what it could be and neither can I.

When they installed the new trans, did they swap out the torque converter?

i have a vibration at 40mph+ looking online it looks to be a driveline issue
I thought it was My toyoMT but put stock tires on and still have the vibration. Hopefully Ford can find my issue.
