Default Any 6.2 Owners ??? Service Kit???

Hi,

I have a 6.2 HD - and am looking for a service kit....

I have no idea when the last service was done - and was wondering if there was a vendor that did a kit?

I have to ship everything - so its easier to buy a few things (hence my blend door and seat heater issues I am trying to resolve) at once.

Thanks,

Simon.

Edit - I have only 60,000klms (35ooo mls) so am presuming plugs/transmission is ok?

Your transmission should be fine and I would assume plugs are too. If you had an Ecoboost I would say do the plugs, but I believe the 6.2 plugs are good for much longer. If you don't know when they were last taken care of, I would at least do an oil change and replace air filter.

Yeah agree with this other Texan.

Its probably also a good idea to hit all your grease zerks with some grease as well. I'm not 100% certain all the suspension and steering components on your specific truck that have them but if you look you can find the ones you do have.

I know it doesn't answer your kit question but with your low mileage you really don't need much, all available locally (AUS) I would imagine.

Thanks Guys,

I've ordered an oil filter and air filter and both Blend door actuators.

I will report back when they arrive and ai actually do some work!

Thanks again,

Simon.
