They work decently well. I prefer the wired models like the X4 or Livewire as they are faster to load tunes and generally less troublesome overall and the iTSX doesn't support as many years / engines as the others do ( although it does support just about the bulk of them but when SCT does updates, the iTSX model is always the last one to get them after the X4 and Livewire )
If connecting a device via bluetooth is a new concept for you, then prob not the tuner for you though. I've literally had some customers buy one, plug the dongle in the OBII port, and then call saying they didnt see a difference from the tune ( didnt connect via bluetooth, didnt download the app, tune the vehicle, ect )
If you can get a good deal on a used unlocked one though, go for it. Just make sure it is unmarried first obviously.

I ignored all the neighsayers, even SCT themselves, and bought the ITSX. Mostly cause I'm I to gadgets and thought it had the cool factor.
It was extremely slow, glitchy and MPT didn't support it for their tunes, so back Amazon it went and got the SCT X4.
loads happier now!
