Unhappy Rust on chrome running boards

Just washing my 2013 F150 EB yesterday and noticed some rust on top of my factory runningboards. 20k miles and in warranty. Is this something covered?

Just had mine replaced, along with the tow hooks.

Pick up a can of never dull and polish them out if there not under warranty

look closely at the bumpers too....mine, steps bumpers and tailgate handle..

Pretty much everything chrome on mine is starting to rust. only 7k miles
