Default Running Boards Question

I'm looking at a used 2014 Lariat with the SuperCab, it doesn't have running boards and I will for sure need to install set if I buy the truck.

My question is......I want to get the Ford stock OEM running boards, do they just bolt on or will I have to drill holes or do any other modifications to install? Any suggestions other than a Ford dealer on where I could get a set for the best price?

Thanks ahead of time for any help.

As opie1988 noted, they are bolt-on and there are holes pre-provided.

In addition to the mounting brackets (if they're not provided with the running / step boards), you will need
  • mounting bolts - W705196-S439
.
  • mounting clips - W520833-S439 *are inserted into the pre-provided holes in the frame

.

don't be afraid to try aftermarket boards also, Most are mounted using factory setup

I just like the look of the factory running boards.
