Default Rubbing?

Does 4wd vs 2wd on the same year truck affect if the same exact tire rubs? I was looking to put a 2.5" Auto Spring level with 295/70/18 Nitto terra grapplers and I have heard from some people that it rubs and some it doesn't. I was wondering if this affects it?

So do you know if I could fit those tires without rubbing? I drive a lot so I just don't want to have to worry about that
