Rubber grommet inside bed on tailgate cover?
Noticed it earlier while cleaning out/prepping my trucks bed for my BakFlip VP which will arrive Monday. Im not near my truck at the moment but if I remember correctly it was right behind the handle to the tailgate on the inside.
