Default Rprojector retrofit build

I'm attempting to retrofit an extra set of headlights I had laying around and recently purchased a full mini h1 7.0 kit plus some extra add ons like switchback strips and halos. Has anyone built a set of lights with these themselves? I'm curious to know how you ran the wiring for the switchback/color changing lights. The website gives a very basic explanation of how to wire the lights and I'm wondering if there's any tips to do so. What worked best for you?

I have built a few sets, never for an F150, 3 Rams and a Jetta though.
Most all those LED and other lights have very small wiring. You can get a tiny grommet to pass thru the back or side of the housing where it is convenient. Personally, I put a dab of black silicon on the wires before pulling it through the last 1/4" or so to get a good quality seal on it. I personally do not believe in putting large gobs to seal, it just looks tacky.
