Default Roush

Anyone have the phase 1 kit for Eco installed, Roush says 50hp and 86lb, not bad for the price just was looking for real world feedback

I had looked into it. The only concern I had was the 3/36,000 mile power train warranty. That's cutting fords short by 2 years.

I ended up going with Stage 3 Motorsports and 5 Star tuning for their 5yr/60,000 mile warranty. Plus the tunes have more power

In Canada the cost between the two was the same. The Roush your dealer has to program your truck and install intake so expect a hour or two shop rate.

Interesting. Wasn't aware of a Roush option for Eco's. Sitting at a Roush Ford dealer waiting for tsb and brake work...
They have a nice 5.0 Roush in the showroom.

Nice thing is ford honors warranty cause it's Roush , I totally get that other tuner may yield a bit more power but that little piece if mind is nice also just was wondering if anyone went with this and there results

My understanding is that ford does not warranty. Roush takes over the warranty as a third party, just like Stage 3. It all comes down to trust. Roush has had their warranty around for a long time, it is new for Stage 3. Guess we will find out after the first failure (especially in Canada)
