I have to say...after listening to the video a few more times, I'm going to agree with all of you. Sounds too much like a rice burner and I'm not diggin the exhaust location. I like it coming from the side. And it would indeed be a shame to ruin the sound of those turbo's whistling. I'm going to stick with my custom made resonator tip.

Great thing about this forum...it makes you come back to your senses when you lose your mind for a quick minute.

Gay! My flowmaster 40 si/do turndown sounds a million times better. But of course I have a 5.0. My buddies all ragged on my v6 with exhaust so I gotta give you ****.

Has anyone tried straight pipping an ecoboost? I've heard a few straight pipped diesels and the turbo sounds great through the exhaust. But that again is a v8. Just wondering if anyone has heard one or not.

Don't know about that I had a supercharged Pontiac several years back and the stock exhaust sounded pretty throaty, but I agree with this Roush example, not quite what I would be interested in.

I much prefer the sound of the 4" Heartthrob exhaust. Still sounds a bit V6ish, but more turbo whine. I would love a quite exhaust that would double the turbo whine noise without yelling "HEY, I'M A GLORIFIED TAURUS ENGINE".

I would be interested in hearing one from the turbo back, i'm afraid of what it might sound like lol. sounds like a accord with a fart can, unfortunate. those trucks are badass.

edit: this is the best i could find. whistle is nice, but the rest sounds kinda like dookie
