Default Rough Idling while in park

My 2011 5.0 has a rough idle in park and that’s really the only time. It vibrates so hard it feels like I’m getting a massage in my seat but once in park, it stops. For the life of me I don’t know what could be the issue. I’ve changed plugs, cleaned throttle body. I feel like my idle is low as it sits at .5. Anyone have this issue or know why?

Clutch024 ...
Clean the MAF sensor. *May not clear-up the issue but it's inexpensive and easy to do.

500-550 is normal idle. Are your seats loose?

Close the gap on your plugs. I did on my 14 and my idle improved a lot .

The new plugs should be correct, but worth making sure it's set to ~0.051

I closed mine down to .045 with no adverse effects. It improved my idle a bunch.

I believe that's out of spec. Idle will run nicely, but you'll be limited as revs rise.
