My 2010 F150 with 188,000 miles started running rough and seems to have a miss about it. It was sitting idle, and when I got back in and started down the highway it shook all over and was running very rough. Will reach speeds, but shakes while doing so. Also, the Air conditioner started blowing cold for a few seconds, then hot for 20 or more seconds, then cold again for 5, then back to hot. I feel something is going on with a bad plug or coil, or even a oxygen sensor. Anyone had this happen to there ford? If so, what did you do to fix it. I have seen some blogs that talked about bad wires on a coil, so will start there, then check plugs. May be time for a new set.
