Default Rotor and Pads needed

I have a 2013 Lariat EcoBoost and the other day I started to get some nasty vibrating under 20 mph when braking and it went away for a couple weeks so I didn't think much of it. When I rotated my tires I looked at my rotors and I have about 1/4"-3/8" wide grove and its 1/32"-1/16" deep. It was on the inside of the rotor so I couldn't see the grove. I cant tell if it was a rock or if it was a piece of the pad that broke off. I still get the vibration every once and a while and that confuses me.

That rotor is wearing bad and is not smooth like the rest of them. I want to upgrade rotors and pads and want to hear some suggestions.

I do tow often a 5000lbs trailer so I want something that will benefit me there as well.

You should probably look into a drilled or slotted rotor for all the towing you do. And maybe some Hawk pads.

Don't get drilled for your truck. The holes create weak spots in the metal where cracks can occur.
