Default Right turn noise

I got a 2013 4wd and it makes this odd noise when turn right for the couple times when I start driving. It goes away after that but I’m determined to figure out what it is. Was wondering if anyone had thoughts on what to check. My iwe actuators, vacuum lines, check valve and solenoid have all been changed. Noise occurs in both 2 and 4wd so I don’t think it related. All the suspension looks and feels tight. I feel it in my pedals and not the steering wheel. Here’s is a video of the noise.

The kind of buzz/honk noise as your steering wheel turns? Does it in both directions? Does it do it turning more slowly? Does it do it when you're stationary?

Only does it when moving. It only does when making the first one or two right turns then completely silent after. Yes it’s that noise when turning the wheel
