Default Reverse Lights not working

I have a 2010 5.4L xlt 4x4 screw. The reverse lights don't work but the rest of the tail lights do. I have changed the bulbs and fuse #10 on the interior kick panel fuse box. Any suggestions?

Can you give more details? such as where the ECM is located? do i have to reprogam the ECM? how much should i expect to pay?

I'm trying not to bite off more than I can chew in the drive way.

Thank you

This is on GM stuff, but a lot of GM PCMs are actually the same, they just have a file loaded on to them for a certain vehicle, like an S10 4.3 V6 Blazer and a Camaro used the same PCM, but with a vehicle specific file. So you could give PCM sellers your VIN, they look up your specific trucks file and program the PCM to it and write in your VIN. Other wise, you buy a new blank one from the dealer and they program it using I imagine IDS. But before you do all that, start tracing wiring, could be some thing simple. Probably need a schematic of the reverse light circuit. Could be a broken wire on the gear shift, etc.
