Default Retrofit turn around time

To the guys that have had a retro fit done, what's the typical turn around time? I'm having my truck go in for repair work on the door in August and would love to have my heads sent out for an evox r upgrade. Would I be unrealistic on asking for a week turn around?

Depends on the vendor. In my personal experience...asking for a week turned into bad news and I ended up having a second company fix the first company's work. So, in that regard do it right the first time.
10-15 days is likely going to be your targeted timeframe depending on the vendor's queue and your needs for paint, etc if you have any.

Yea that's what I was afraid of though. I just want to swap to evox r projectors and a d2s setup so my build really isn't entailed all that much. If I'd do anything else, I'd tint the side reflector.

You can check with the vendors, if just opening up and putting in projectors they may be able to fit you in between more custom builds.

Check with Bilinvic, Tux, or Raptorretrofits.

My personal experience was that Raptorretrofits has the fastest build time, took mine about 1 month and I am 100% satisfied with the service and the build. Ask for Dawson, very helpful.

Right, it should be a simple and easy swap. At least that's what I thought going into it.
OEM HID housings, EvoX-R projector swap, 50w ballasts and OSRAM Nightbreaker bulbs. God it was a nightmare until I paid a reputable source to fix the issues.

Turnaround time depends on a lot of variables for any retrofitter.

I typically say 2-3 weeks as I have lots of builds and you need to give a safe buffer. 10-15 is reasonable to ask for a rushed order though but then again it depends on what's involved that might cost extra time. Paint etc.

Let me know how I can help
