Retractable side steps

I have a 2011 Platinum, with the retractable steps on the side. Does anybody know if the plastic/rubber part can be replaced? The part you actually step on? Thanks.

Are you talking about the bed steps or the cab steps? My Platinum's have had metal on the cab steps.

Sorry...the running boards. They are the factory retractable ones.
