Replacing side mirror plastic trim..
Hey guys,
Here's my dilemma. I am a proud owner of a '10 FX2 as of last month. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way that these trucks really aren't meant for drive-through ATMs at the bank
I put a few scratches and gouges in the passenger side mirror on the very end (the black plastic). It has been bugging me like hell but I don't feel like coughing up a few hundred and replacing the whole mirror assembly. After reading the thread about installing your own LED turn signals and seeing iamsuperbleeder's instructions, I saw this picture...

Is there any way to order or get this plastic piece only?? That's exactly what I need! Maybe someone can tell me the part number stamped on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd give a call over to Tasca and see what they say. Many times they (dealer) don't sell the piece you need but the whole "assembly". Yeah, it sucks! Other option is look for someone selling just pass mirror on ebay?
negative bro, you can go to autopartwarehouse.com and order a kool vue oem replacement entire mirror for 94 bucks!! Plug and play exact same as the oem one.
Some idiot kid crossed the center line the other day and hit my mirror, it shattered his but knocked the glass out of mine. I just ordered the street scene mirrors so I can paint them to match.
