So if I am correct, they don't have a tow mirror that would retain my heated glass and auto dim that would work with my xlt non memory non power fold set up?

Thanks

You would still get the heat feature, but none of the tt mirrors(except maybe the new power fold/extend 2013 TT mirrors have auto dim) but depending on grade if mirror, you could get power/heat/signal/puddle light.

And another assumption, that would require a new switch and some wiring? Not a big deal just a cost vs benefit comparison.

Has anybody added the new power telescoping mirrors to a 09-12? I'm looking to add them to my 12 Raptor.

I fell in love with these type mirrors on my F-250 PSD.
I'm trading for another F-150 sometimes this Summer,
and I'll spend the money for the view.
FWIW: Most of the time I don't extend my mirrors when I'm towing
my 30" trailer. They work that well.
It's usually only when backing that the extended mirrors
really come into use.
Use em for a little while and you wonder how you ever managed with the
old small mirrors of yesteryear...

I just got done doing the tow mirror swap. I am in Canada and the dealer wanted $750.00 for the mirrors plus $120.00 to install , plus the 13% tax.

I ordered the mirrors through eBay from a USA Ford dealer and got free shipping to a USA mail box. By the time I got them home I am in for about $500.00. This thread and its links were a great help for me to get them installed. They went on so easy once I knew where the hidden door panel screws were.

Thanks a ton for the help.

Question ambeant temperature sensor?

Has anyone tried these?

They seem to be a great price but the only thing that makes me hesitant is this statement:

"Does NOT include ambeant temperature sensor built in"

If I replace my current mirrors will I lose the ambient temperature display?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Just got my first Ford and love the site!

Does anyone think I would have a problem getting a fleabay set with a title "PAIR POWER TOW MIRROR(L+R)~Telescoping+HEATED+LED Turn Signal+Puddle~F150 Truck"
for a 2007 Lariat?

Is there a difference between those and anything Ford sells?

I know its a little old but its really pretty
