Default removing front bumper

so my fiance was heading back to baton rouge last weekend and a truck in front of her kicked up a full tire into her lower bumper, causing this damage:

so me and her dad have decided to order a new bumper and valence, have the bumper painted, and do the install ourselves to save money. were both pretty handy with cars (i own a heavily modified stang, he owns a 70 el camino he works on). im just doing my due diligence before the removal and install on what all removing and installing a bumper entails. ive found these directions searching on here : http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/jm...638_bumper.pdf

this diagram makes it seem like you have to remove the grill to remove the bumper. is this correct? also is there any one time use hardware? i know ford likes doing that stuff. thanks for your help!

seeing as how the grill is attatched to the hood, i dont see why you would have to remove it.. same as the last body style, in which i removed the bumper several times and never touched the grill. Its all nuts and bolts, nothing special/complicated. good luck!

looks like there is 2 bolds on the inside of either tow hooks. take those off and the bumper comes off. when i took my bumper off my 04 there was only 4 bolts holding it on.
