Default Remove rear block completely?

Mangled my strut spacer so it's coming out. I won't replace it because I think I will go with a 4" lift this time, but my tires are still in great shape so I am waiting until its time to replace them.
I do have an add a leaf though, and I want to keep it. Can the rear block be completely removed so I don't have the **** in the air?

Yes you can remove the stock blocks.
I'm not sure if you would need to get shorter U-bolts or not to run no blocks in the rear??
