Hey guys, i recently put HID head and fog lights in and have become too notice when I start my truck with the remote starter that all my lights don't turn on. Usually one, sometimes both headlights and occasionally a fog. But as soon as I get into the truck and turn them off and back on, they work. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue or would have any idea on a fix. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I see this on my car. It's because the HIDs come on and before they warm up the RS cranks the engine and the lights cut out briefly while the engine cranks and then one of them may not re-light. Happens more often in cold weather.

Running the grounds back to the battery has helped this a lot, but has not eliminated the problem. This is with DDM kit that is over 2 years old. On our F150 which has newer DDM kit that uses a different ballast type and it works perfectly.

No. I guess I'm just gonna have too shut the lights off. Don't wanna blow one ?

Is this ever a problem with retrofits too, or just the drop-in plug-n-play bulbs?
