Default remote start, climate control question...

My manual says that the climate control that turns on with remote start is based on the outside temp. But mine seems to turn on whatever I had on last. I turned on the ac yesterday dwiving home from hunting, got hot with to many clothes on. This morning I started my truck from the house, it was 22 degrees, when I got in the ac was running. Do any of you know which one it actually is?

When you remote start the truck, and don't have the key in, it uses ambient temperature to determine what settings to turn on (heat, air, heated seats, defrost, etc)

Once you put the key it, it goes back to the previous settings from the last time the truck was on.

You have to have that feature turned on in your menu settings
