Not 100% sure about the air. The hoses surely pulled some air in between the time I turned off and disconnected the pump and the time I valved in the refrigerant. I probably should start from scratch.

I replaced the o-rings on my gauge set and tightened down a bit more on the fittings and I was able to stop the leakage. Started from scratch and pulled a vacuum for almost an hour, then began charging. Took a long time for the compressor to cycle on. I assume that was because the pressure was too low initially. Bled a bit too much from the first can of 134a when purging the yellow line, and I think there was still a little bit left when I disconnected it, so ended up getting a third 12oz can. I'm not sure how long it should take to fill the system, but it took me well over an hour. And I'm still not sure it is charged adequately. Supply air temp only gets down to about 46-47F. It was around 42 after the dealer charged it 2weeks ago. But I'm done trying. I may end up taking it to the dealer to check it out and top it off if necessary.

What I do is cut open the side of a coolant jug laying flat and fill it with hot water, place the can in it, it will make recharging time less as the cans tend to freeze up.
