Curious on how long you have been running the hid's without a harness? My previous vehicles all required a harness or else I would only get one light come on.

Those 35W hid's from DDM look like they have a minimal amount of glare so it would not blind oncoming traffic. Normally I am against HID's in a reflector housing but these seem fine. Correct me if I am wrong.

no problem! and if its new lights you're looking for, i'd definitely recommend silverstars. i had HID's but got fed up with them and the silverstars really impressed me when i got them on, and they're alot simpler.

I have to agree. I had HID's in my 3 previous vehicles and they were a pain in the *****. Always had issues with corrosion and bad ballasts.
I went with the SilverStars this time and love them! Not as bright as HID obviously, but much better than stock. Just make sure you go with the Silverstar ULTRA. I think I paid $50 for the pair at Autozone.

same with me, ballasts were the biggest pain in the a**. i probably went through atleast 6 for both the headlights and fogs. worst part was i always had to check and make sure all the lights came on, sometimes one or two would be out, and my fogs went out every time the roads were wet.
i got the ultras in my headlights and regular silverstars in the fogs. its actually alot brighter than my HID's were, but its cause i had 10k's. they might not be as bright as white HID's but they'll always turn on which is worth it to me
