Just called my dealer about it, he said they can't do anything until the brake fault light comes on on the dash...Lol wuht?

I'm going to call another dealer.

Check my owner account, mine is on it for sure. Just wait for the notice to arrive in the mail, then schedule with your dealer to have it done. Dealer wont do anything until you receive the actual notice, until then, unless there is a visible sign of a leak, they can't perform it.

Well the Ecoboost have an electric vacuum pump and the NA trucks do not. So the systems are some different. Maybe a different master cylinder.

11-12 Ecoboosts have the electric pump. 13-14 have camshaft driven vaccuum pump. Very different.

I was actually in the dealer for an oil change when I read this thread. The recall is attached to my vin but they can't do anything until the recall letters go out and they get parts in stock. Oh yeah and I need to drop it off next week because the rear seal is leaking (again (3rd time)).
