Default Reason for noise when stopped

So just looking to get yall's opinions as to what this noise is coming from under my 2014 Supercrew 4x4. Sorry in advance for my vague description, I'll to explain it the best i can...

-It only happens right after I come to a complete stop and in D (traffic lights, sitting still in traffic, etc)
-I can only hear it if i have the windows down (no vibrations or noise in the cab)
-Lasts for maybe 15-20 seconds
-The noise itself is probably the hardest to describe, it's not necessarily a grinding sound but just an obvious noise that is not normal. (I'm struggling just trying to think how to describe it lol)

The key thing is WHEN it occurs, after coming to complete stop. The second I lift off the brake and accelerate its gone. I haven't noticed it when in park.

I know this is a long shot simply because of my super vague description, but this forum is really helpful as usually when one person has a problem, there's usually someone else that had or knows the cause. Figured I'd try here instead of wasting money a a shop just to tell me they have no idea. So if anybody has experienced anything that MAY resemble this, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks all!

and if there's any other questions that may help diagnose this, please shoot them my way and I'll do my best to answer them. Thanks again!

Engine?
HVAC on?
Non-factory accessories?

And you really are going to have to describe it better, I think.

Thanks for chiming in Spiky. I agree, I should have waited before I could get a better description. But to answer your questions:

-3.5L V6 Ecoboost

-HVAC is on when the noise comes

-No non factory accessories

As far as describing the sound, I read another forum that stated it sounded like a "rotational chirping" sound? I can really hear it when I'm stopped next to a wall/building (drive thru).

My ABS module does that, especially when it's cold. I'll come to a stop, with my foot on the brake, and if I put it in neutral and take my foot off the brake it stops.

Kind of a powered-up noise.
