I have a 2012 Screw Lariet with 27K on it. Has sony sound with navigation with review camera. It started it out with an error message stating the camera is available. Then no issues for a while. Now I am getting this error message as well as I can see the camera come on and off as well as a black screen and yellow/red colored image


My truck is under warranty until the end of Sept. I took it once and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem at that time. Which I understand but feel is an crap answer. I took video on my phone which I will show them what its doing when I take it this week. I see no reason this time have not being able to duplicate the problem, as it does this several times a day for me. If they give me the same answer my response will be, replace all the components to the camera system.


Anyone else have these camera issues?

 

Try this! Disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes and then hook it back up and see if it does the same thing.

 

Do you think this is a reset type issue?
