Rear Window Replacement: Fixed to Slider

I had a thread a couple of months ago on this subject.
Bottom line I checked around in my region and for the Ford glass, it would be $400 + to have the manual sliding window installed. They did have one after market window, but the glass guy told me the frame and glass would not be the same quality as what Ford uses.
I did find a Ford parts direct outlet online that would sell the window for the mid $200's plus about $30 for shipping. My local Ford dealer wanted over $350 for the window plus installation on top of that.
My local installer will charge $125 to install/seal it. I plan on doing this in about a month so.
