Default Rear speaker replacement - regular cab

I own a 2010 Ford F150 STX regular cab pick up. In want to change my speakers because they sound awful. I know how to change the fronts, remove the door panel, but I have no idea how to change the rear. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I did a write-up but it's on another forum.

PM sent.

But after upgrading the speakers, consider this https://www.f150forum.com/f30/small-...stalled-96750/

You're not gonna get a whole lot of improvement from just the speaker upgrade.

Anyone have any success installing 6.5" co-axes in the back? I have a set of 6.5" Rainbow Audio co-axes I'd like to make use of. I also have an STX regular cab. I've found 5x7 to 6.5" adapter plates but curious as to if there's entry of clearance for a 6.5" before I tear into it.
