Default Rear Door Locks Stuck

A few weeks ago my back passenger (supercrew) door wouldn't unlock with the remote or door button. I crawled across from the drivers side and found the manual pull wouldn't move up or down. After fidgeting with the lock **** and the remote buttons a few times I was able to get it to move and then resume working as normal, power up and down. About a week later, the same issue returned, rear passenger door didn't unlock and can't move the **** up or down until messing with it and the power lock/unlock switch or the remote buttons and then it moves freely/works fine. Now this past weekend, I type the door unlock code, as I didn't have keys, to unlock the drivers door then hit 3/4 to unlock the rest as I always do and didn't hear anything when pressing 3/4. So I do the code again, nothing. Look across to the passenger side and see that it is in fact unlocking the other side doors, the drivers rear is now doing the same jammed lock, can't move the ****, have to mess with the power lock switch for a moment while pushing/pulling to get it to unlock or lock, operation resumes as normal. Today (2 days later) the back drivers is stuck again.

Am I magically looking at 2 bad rear door latch/lock motor assemblies within weeks of each other?
